Yet a significant share of this intellectual property remains unused and underutilised. Despite substantial investments to secure and maintain patents, many never move beyond the laboratory, even when they hold immense potential to benefit our planet.

Who should apply?
We believe innovation needs both brilliant technologies and brilliant people. That’s why the innovate! call has three tracks:
• Track A: Entrepreneurs without Patent – You have the drive but need a technology.
• Track B: Patent Holders – You have a technology that has at least proof of principle and seek a team to build a business around it.
• Track C: Entrepreneurs with Patent – You have both, technology and entrepreneurial spirit, and are ready to validate.
